LessonSnap is an AI-powered platform that transforms YouTube video content into educational teaching materials including reading passages, vocabulary lists, and comprehension questions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Process content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access our AI systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using LessonSnap. You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service.

5.2 YouTube Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use YouTube video content for educational purposes. LessonSnap does not claim ownership of YouTube content.

5.3 Generated Materials

Teaching materials generated by LessonSnap are provided for your personal or classroom use. You may not resell or commercially redistribute generated materials.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free tier includes limited usage as specified on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if you're unsatisfied

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

LessonSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LessonSnap against any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
